The leadership at Collective Health is among the most transparent I've ever worked with. They're open about both the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and are making meaningful and open efforts to push the company in the right direction.
Collective Health has very high hiring standards. Interviewing is organized, the recruiting team is excellent, and that means the quality of colleagues is very high. Those standards remain after hiring, so there is an expectation that performance remains high during one's tenure.
It's a mature company with a good work/life balance. There are times of year that are definitely more hectic, but the team is supportive. There are a ton of entry-level employees (especially in the Operations organization), and there seems to be a ton of support for them.
