My favorite part of the work environment is how willing everyone is to teach each other. You don't come across people that look down on or judge each other. They are willing and able to help.

It's a mature company with a good work/life balance. There are times of year that are definitely more hectic, but the team is supportive. There are a ton of entry-level employees (especially in the Operations organization), and there seems to be a ton of support for them.
