They should leave the company
They force you to pay 100% of the benefit because they're too cheap to pay for themselves
Completely new leader ship they do not effectively communicate with the employees and they don't care about the employees
We're quite dynamic so you need to embrace change to succeed here.
Its a good company. I have been there awhile. I enjoy my job..my co workers and our management team.
