Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They force you to pay 100% of the benefit because they're too cheap to pay for themselves
I do 10 people's job duties and don't get appreciated
What are some of the best things about your team?
can pick up and leave off and someone will finish the job
My team is nice and fun
We follow the Level 10 meetings outlined in the book, "Traction: An Entrepreneur's Operating System". It took some getting used to, but our meetings are incredibly productive and it is rare when we go way off on a tangent.
Everyone knows their job and performs great
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should leave the company
Reaserch, communication and the verbal skills to delagting people
They just need to get along
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only a few of the guys in Tech are positive

Every single person working here understands the mission of the organization, cares about that mission, and works toward that mission. We all like and respect each other both professionally and personally.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Completely new leader ship they do not effectively communicate with the employees and they don't care about the employees
Managerial positions that are not micro managing you

give more time to prepare and find fairness

I enjoy helping young people realize their dreams.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Replace the leadership team replace ownership
Management is terrible, micromanaged to the minute, no running your own department or shift
