  • All of our employees enjoy flexible work schedules. There's no problem if they want to start at 7am instead of 8:30am or 10am instead of 9am. Most are salaried and so work for as long (or short) as it takes to get the work done. Those who are hourly have even more flexibility around when they work, not just in terms of what hours in a day but even what days.

  • All of our employees work remotely but we're very, very selective about who we consider for employment because many and perhaps most people are not able to work productively from home. Sometimes it is a function of their work habits, but it is often simply a function of their home environment. They may not have a spare bedroom that they can turn into a home office or they may have a dog that barks.
