All of our employees enjoy flexible work schedules. There's no problem if they want to start at 7am instead of 8:30am or 10am instead of 9am. Most are salaried and so work for as long (or short) as it takes to get the work done. Those who are hourly have even more flexibility around when they work, not just in terms of what hours in a day but even what days.
