Company went from one with mainly high performers to one that's bottom of the barrel with everyone of value leaving. Resigning was the best decision for my career.
Stop settling for 3rd and 4th choices with executive level hires. Replace c-level, get an audit of skill level for anyone in a leadership level and assess if they belong there. The company has no business having so many unqualified managers and above as the main workforce.
The leadership team is the issue with the company so till they are replaced, retaining strong talent will continue to be an issue. The company has been a revolving door since the new CEO and CFO joined. All other leadership is replaced on a yearly basis when the c-level is the issue.
