What's the work from home policy like at Conduent?

It is supposed to be very limited and the CEO has stated that he wants employees in the office versus at home. Our location in the Raleigh, NC area moved desks all around to force the work at home employees to come in to the office. Yet, 6 months later and not one employee has used those desks on a daily basis. SO, I guess Coduent does have a work from home policy.

The policy has changed dramatically with a new leadership team, and of course in response to COVID. Work from home arrangements depend on your position, and any needs that would require work to be performed in the office.

Our CEO states that "No Companies similar to ours, allows their employees to work from home." The thought is that face-to-face interaction is best.

Allowed but not to everyone. Only select employees get to do this.
