What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They are out of touch with the reality of what is occurring across the company. Ethics and value statements purported by leadership do not match with the actions taken by these same individuals. Communication is poor. Micromanagement is at an all-time high.

I feel like our management team sees us as robots--who do not need time to rest and recover, especially after some of us have reported injuries, and we're still getting little to no time off. They've taken our weekends (our scheduled days off), and are trying to take the holidays, too.

The working environment is a bit too invasive as too many people are in the work space at the same time. The area is also not conducive at times for work as there are too many loud conversations taking place a lot.

provide the correct Designation for the correct employee. Do not go blindly. Promote the employee at least 5 years once. Arrange the Team lunch at least once in 2 months. I had team lunch twice in my 5 years. And no outings in last 5 years.

We should be trusted to make the right decisions on behalf of the company. CEO approving replacement reqs for levels 05 is ridiculous. Nothing moves here so we can't make decisions fast enough for our projects or our clients.
