At this time it is hard to define, it's very empty in our call center for the most part and there doesn't seem to be an effort to boost morale, although their are occasional exceptions, but could be more opportunities.

provide the correct Designation for the correct employee. Do not go blindly. Promote the employee at least 5 years once. Arrange the Team lunch at least once in 2 months. I had team lunch twice in my 5 years. And no outings in last 5 years.

Professional/trained management. Get rid of the lies and hypocrisy. Train people to do the job, not just one specific spec of the entire job spectrum. Management needs to speak to employees as adults, not like we're infants, and not belittle us and speaking down to us.
