The working environment is a bit too invasive as too many people are in the work space at the same time. The area is also not conducive at times for work as there are too many loud conversations taking place a lot.

Strive to learn more and be open to change, that is for my USA counterparts. I don't know the cultural workplace difference, but it seems like my counterparts in India are literally scared to think for themselves or do anything that isn't on a checklist/SOP. They lack judgement and initiative.

Company is less considering the employees in any way(eg Insurace for parants is removed) so the coworkers feel indifferent.If that facility was not there initially then it is ok. If you removing a facility you provided earlier it give negative feedback. Similarly Salary hike they are feeling exosted
