How employees describe working at Conduent
I sincerely enjoy my work. I find it interesting and challenging. I work full-time (and in recent months I have been working ~50-55 hours per week due to extreme short staffing) but I work remotely and with much flexibility; as a parent, I cannot overstate the retention value this has for me.

40+, the vibe is oppressive
It's a pressure cooker. You're held accountable for things you can't control, the metrix come before true customer service. Machines are often not working, there are grueling mandatory overtime both additional hours and taking away days off. 50 or more hours per week is not uncommon. High stress.

What benefits does Conduent provide?
Top Employee Response
Depends where you work. The Cary, NC facility has some of the worst benefits. No 401k match until your employed on the last day of each year, then the match is not very much. No flex time offered. HDHP plans only with high employee contribution cost considering you have to pay for everything else too. The vacation time is very minimal at 2 weeks per year until your 5th anniversary when you get 5 more days. You do get another 5 days after your 10th anniversary. You do earn sick time, but you'll be punished if you use it because you get dinged for it which affects your monthly score card, and NO, they don't pay you for unused sick time. Low, low wages and poor overall benefits with no flexibility.
Standard medical 402k match is poor
