I sincerely enjoy my work. I find it interesting and challenging. I work full-time (and in recent months I have been working ~50-55 hours per week due to extreme short staffing) but I work remotely and with much flexibility; as a parent, I cannot overstate the retention value this has for me.

What's the company culture like at Conduent?
Right now it's really bad due to all the layoffs and transformation initiatives
Chaos. Still trying to integrate Xerox's software acquisitions. Viewing the website shows it's all about products and nothing about employees.

What perk or benefit should Conduent have?
When an employee leaves the Company they should be paid for any unused personal days or vacation hours that they have. They have accrued that time for hours worked so they should be entitled to be paid for those unused hours.
What Customer Support department questions did Conduent ask during your job interview?
They asked a lot of hypotheticals as in "what would your response be to the following customer issue/inquiry?" Quite of few of those and aside from that just basic questions about past CSR and call center experience.

How innovative is Conduent?
Unknown. They seem to be followers when it comes to servicing, rather than leaders making way. For progressive, innovative service. Speed and agility is not their strong point.
How flexible is your work schedule at Conduent?
Not at all flexible. My coworker and I want a flex schedule where we work together to make sure all hours are covered but management won't even consider our proposal. No work life balance.

It's a mess, they change all to Agile, and it seems they don't understand the frame work, so all is being done incorrectly.
