We are one team, and everyone knows it. We are all happy to work at Conduent and being part of this amazing company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have had salary increases that fit the market and my job responsibilities. I feel like they check it frequently to make sure I am paid fairly and accordingly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager worries about my career, and about me as a person. That is absolutely amazing. She is always there to help me and guide me and frequently gives me feedback and shows appreciation of my work and effort.
