Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raise for 3 yes, no bonus, pathetic benefits at high employee cost. I easily got a job offer for 150% of my Conduent salary (not even counting bonus and equity).

The hiring manager was great. I had a good relationship with him but then he quit.
