Strong base salary with bonus structure that is reasonable.

Accessible, down to earth and reasonable. They act with integrity.

They are collaborative, down to earth, and generally not political.

Compensation is solid, with 401k match added this year and a bonus structure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Expectations are reasonable and the culture is collaborative. I have not encountered many back-stabbers or political animals which is unusual at a company of this size.

It is a very collaborative environment. We have many challenges and imperfections like every company, but we all recognize this and we're working together to solve the problems.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are a lot of opportunities to contribute and make things better. Ideas are welcomed and people tend to work towards the same goals. They are reasonable and understanding.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I asked to meet someone from my future team and that request was granted. They gave me sufficient time to do research and make a decision without pushing me.
