What do you like best about the leadership team?
As Conduent there are many great initiatives that help us grow and learn new skills, expanding our knowledge and expertise.

They lack integrity in that they will never say anything in Town Hall meetings about the non-existent raises (it's been years since an increase for most of us). This lack of integrity and lack of transparency leads to a zero trust situation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are not seen, spoken to, or treated as people. We are being treated as words on a screen, not humans at desks who need breaks, periods for rest, and attainable goals.

The leadership team needs to get better at communicating honestly. We had a townhall and told raises were coming, we haven't received raises in years. All we saw were our coworkers getting laid off left and right.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like our management team sees us as robots--who do not need time to rest and recover, especially after some of us have reported injuries, and we're still getting little to no time off. They've taken our weekends (our scheduled days off), and are trying to take the holidays, too.

Being told I'm frequently exceeding expectations but haven't received a raise in years. No advancement opportunities despite working beyond my role.

The HR dept ignores everything. The HR dept doesn't care about anything. My manager claims they are "there for me", but when asking for help all I get is "I can't do that". I was lied to about this job, the pay raises, and the job I would have. Pay is substandard and benefits are abismol.

I like how a lot of the team will speak up--not just for themselves, but for all of us. That takes courage. We also try our best to pull together and get the work done, and try to keep up morale by sharing stories in the chat.

Compensate employees fairly. We're more likely to be laid off than receive raises at this company.

Professional/trained management. Get rid of the lies and hypocrisy. Train people to do the job, not just one specific spec of the entire job spectrum. Management needs to speak to employees as adults, not like we're infants, and not belittle us and speaking down to us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our management team needs to be better at managing the client's expectations of what kind of volume our team can handle. We have team members from other teams to helping , and working seven days a week. This is not sustainable, and not in line with ethical work practices.

Hire PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED MANAGERS. Hire PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED Training people. Hire people who can read, write, and understand English. Treat ALL employees as thinking, feeling ADULTS. PAY employees a living wage and GIVE US RAISES that are respectable and worthy of our work efforts.
