I don't have an opinion about the leadership team, but we should be paid a living wage. I am a single person, and the hourly wage is not enough to survive on in this economy. Conduent should raise wages for their employees to have a better standard of living. I have two work two jobs to survive.

A living wage is expected. That should be how we are compensated. There needs to be a yearly raise system set up as well. It hurts morale when we have no incentive to continue to work here and we have not had a raise in almost 3 full years. I am sure the CEOs and stockholders are getting their bonus

Clarity on raise process, timeline, options. Annual cost of living increases across the board. Better 401(k) match and match throughout the year rather than after the year has passed at a random date in Q1. It should be embarrassing to provide 1% and then make employees wait 15 months to receive it.
