Conduent ranks low in employee satisfaction before & after pandemic. It is unstable. No growth, No promotions, no brand pride, no brand recognition. Teams work in silos. Nepotism at its best. Lack of women at top. Old boys club. Outrageous number of executive & associate voluntary attrition.
