I am proud to be a part of my team. I struggle with being proud to work for Conduent. there are practices and instances that i believe have been walking the line of ethical activities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the health care is good. lack of matches on retirement is a big miss.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
micromanagement practices - potentially need to change CEO - he has lost the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They act like a team. We communicate very well. The team will step up to help another project in need. They share ideas and support each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We should be trusted to make the right decisions on behalf of the company. CEO approving replacement reqs for levels 05 is ridiculous. Nothing moves here so we can't make decisions fast enough for our projects or our clients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are out of touch with the reality of what is occurring across the company. Ethics and value statements purported by leadership do not match with the actions taken by these same individuals. Communication is poor. Micromanagement is at an all-time high.
