Mr. Jeffrey P. Fritz has been the Chief Financial Officer of Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since April 2006 and has been its Executive Vice President since March 2014. Mr. Curtis K. Powell has been Senior Vice President of Program Development at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since February 17, 2017. Mr. Powell served as a Senior Vice President of Special Projects at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc., until February 17, 2017 and its Senior Vice President of Project Development since May 2010 until February 17, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President at Contract and Origination of Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. since June 2001 until March 2007. Mr. Powell served as Senior Vice President of Originations & Marketing of Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. since April 1995 until March 2007. He served as Senior Vice President at Marketing Consumer Portfolio Services Inc since April 1995 until May 2001. Previously, he joined Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. in January 1993 and served as an independent marketing representative and later as Regional Vice President of Marketing for Southern California since November 1994. From June 1985 to January 1993, Mr. Powell was in the retail automobile sales and leasing business.

Ms. Teri L. Robinson has been a Senior Vice President of Originations at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since April 2007 and served as its Senior Vice President of Originations since 1998. Ms. Clements joined Consumer Portfolio Services in 1991. Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President of Originations since August 1998. She joined the Company in June 1991 as an Operations Specialist and held a series of successively more responsible positions. Previously, Ms. Robinson held an administrative position at Greco & Associates.

Mr. Michael T. Lavin has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since March 2014. Mr. Lavin served as Senior Vice President from May 2009 to March 2014 and General Counsel of Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since February 2013 Mr. Lavin served as Senior Vice President of Legal at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since May 2009 until February 2013. He served as Corporate Counsel of Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since May 2009 and also served as its Executive Officer. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Legal at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since joining in November 2001. Mr. Lavin was previously engaged as a law clerk and an associate with the San Diego based large law firm (now defunct) of Edwards, Sooy & Byron from 1996 to 2000 and then as an Associate with the Orange County based firm of Trachtman & Trachman from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Lavin also clerked for the San Diego District Attorney's office and Orange County Public Defender's office. Mr. Lavin is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara and University of San Diego School of Law.

Mr. Christopher Terry, also known as Chris, has been Senior Vice President of Servicing Analytics at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since February 17, 2017. Mr. Terry served as Senior Vice President of Asset Recovery at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since August 2013 until February 17, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Servicing since May 2005 until August 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Asset Recovery of Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. from January 2003 to May 2005. Mr. Terry joined Consumer Portfolio Services Inc., in January 1995 as a Loan Officer, held a series of successively more responsible positions and also served as its Vice President of Asset Recovery since June 1999. He served as a Branch Manager of Norwest Financial from 1990 to October 1994.

Ms. Laurie A. Straten has been Senior Vice President of Servicing at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since August 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President of Collections since August 2013 until February 17, 2017. Ms. Straten served as Senior Vice President of Asset Recovery at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since April 2013 until August 2013 and served as Senior Vice President.

Mr. Mark A. Creatura has been a Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. since October 1996 and serves as its Secretary. From October 1993 to October 1996, Mr. Creatura served as Vice President and General Counsel at Urethane Technologies, Inc. Mr. Creatura was previously engaged in the private practice of law with the Los Angeles law firm of Troy & Gould Professional Corporation from October 1985 to October 1993.
