I love love love the teachers.
Our studio has a great vibe, but not all do. The pay is almost embarrassingly low. Teachers make the same as the people who clean. There is a free membership. The problem is most teachers I know are so burnt out they barely use it. It takes a lot of unpaid time to create new sequences & playlists.
