Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They love what they do and it shows
Studio managers care so much. Pre-covid there was more studio support, post covid they have stripped the teams down to the barest minimum and yet they still show up everyday to keep instructors and students happy.
They care and they listen.
They communicate alot more than the previous leaders.
They seem to really care. They listen and communicate with the employees regularly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying their teachers. Being present and supportive in the studios.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The yoga membership and plus one program.
Bonus actually gets paid out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't pay enough for the cost of living in every single city, yet expect managers to work up to 60 hours a week, and they didn't give managers a raise this year.
I have been teaching for four years and have 500 hour training and because of minimum wage increase and that I work part time, I barely make above minimum wage. I would feel better about greater compensation amd also being paid for theming and crafting sequences. I would love profit sharing.
For the amount of training and money put into preparing to teach each day, I feel I should be compensated more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Passionate, dedicated, and everyone shares their own ideas
They are nice and fun.
Best things are the friendship and comradery between the teachers. The community is welcoming and friendly.
The best things about our team are constructive communication and working together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The community aspect between the teachers and students.
Our students and teachers create a culture that is all about community and giving back to each other.
The community at the Boulder studios, feels like a family
We're committed to bringing yoga to people everywhere.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was an audition with managers
It was very simple. Auditions are mot intimidating and expecations are clear.
Even though it took longer than I would have liked, I felt like the decision to hire for my role was taken very seriously.
People I met were very welcoming and friendly.
Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful answering questions.

The students appreciation for the yoga experience they have in our studios.
