Poor upper management that is out of touch with local markets/needs. Pay for teaching is abismal. Perks and teaching staff coworkers are great but is lacking in leadership. CEO preaches love love love while taking advantage of teachers and refusing to pay a fair wage.

The community aspect between the teachers and students.

It was very simple. Auditions are mot intimidating and expecations are clear.

Best things are the friendship and comradery between the teachers. The community is welcoming and friendly.
