When the company has negative experiences there isn't finger pointing but rather a sense of we have to do better.
I am at a place that I am doing good work that I enjoy, with a group of people whom I consider to be an extended family.
At times it can be tough. The customer demands ebb and flow, and working with partners across the globe can be challenging given time zones. At the end of the day, I'm satisfied knowing that we're helping companies create better work experiences for their employees.
Good, but I think there needs to be more organization.
