
I work 8-10 hours per day. There is zero concern from management about retention. They consider it an honor to work for Crestron and could care less if you leave or stay. Unfortunate as they have great products but a terrible CEO. People live in fear because of CEOs volatility. No one lasts long and employee churn is part of their business model.
