Has become a bigger company but still feels somewhat like a family. Flexible WFH policies are a huge plus.

I am a student software intern and would highly recommend to other students. they are flexible with school, pay good, keep you busy, and really get you familiar with SCRUM development

They are very understanding when it comes to absences and what not

Terrible leadership. No true business or management backgrounds for upper management. They are behind the times and are handcuffed with paralysis by analysis. Extremely conservative. Pay is horrendous for loyal employees and growth opportunities are never presented to employees.

  • Too loose, we have so many people do it that dont have a real need to work from home. Some of those people include Engineers, how are you supposed to design a new product if you're never around to see that it comes together properly?
