    While the product is innovative and has massive potential, uplift has been slow. The issue is that a huge amount of work needs to be undertook in order to make the helmet work for each individual customers needs. Customers don't seem to be ready to make the time investment. As a result, sales and revenue have been very poor.

    The CEO is seen as ineffective and directionless. He needs to focus the company towards delivering the product to market. He can talk about vision and the future all day long, but there is no proof in the pudding.

  • Replace the CEO with someone who knows what they're doing. Stop trying to make yourself look good to investors with lots of tech and products and pick ONE product, make it and sell it, then move on to the next one.

Ask a lot of questions during your interview – the answers you get will be what they hope is true in the future, but it’s not what's true now.
