Open communication and keeping people updated on the direction truthfully. Nobody likes hearing telltale lies to find out the hard truth afterwards.

What part of DAQRI's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?

While the product is innovative and has massive potential, uplift has been slow. The issue is that a huge amount of work needs to be undertook in order to make the helmet work for each individual customers needs. Customers don't seem to be ready to make the time investment. As a result, sales and revenue have been very poor.

Nothing. This is at best R& D until someone is duped into buying the place.

The CEO is seen as ineffective and directionless. He needs to focus the company towards delivering the product to market. He can talk about vision and the future all day long, but there is no proof in the pudding.
Replace the CEO with someone who knows what they're doing. Stop trying to make yourself look good to investors with lots of tech and products and pick ONE product, make it and sell it, then move on to the next one.

Horrible. This company puts quotes up on the wall which are meant to be their values, in reality that is nothing but hype and internal marketing.

Fine? Good group of people, but product itself is limited.

ok. One of the better departments in a sinking ship.
What's the pay like for Product roles at DAQRI?
Ok. Be sure you negotiate in for the lack of bonus and very long shot chance of ever getting anything out of their non-options. Otherwise market rate.
What kind of people succeed at DAQRI?
Hard to say. If succeeding, you mean holding on to a day job with no bonus given, no chance to every cash in the non-options they talk about, then generally younger people with little experience are happiest here.
What's the office vibe like at DAQRI?
Culture is incredibly awkward. You can feel everyone's unhappiness and dissatisfaction with being a part of that joke operation they're running.
What's the interview process like at DAQRI?
Exaggeration, misdirection, subterfuge. Finding the truth here is like finding the money card in a three card monte game . Ask a lot of questions during your interview – the answers you get will be what they hope is true in the future, but it’s not what's true now. Be prepared to hear a lot about the nap room, fitness center and massage day, as that sounds better than what's going on with the business
