This company is to be avoided at al costs, bad management has led to a culture of lies amd special treatment for friends. There is no work life balance they lie to new highers about the overtime, leading them to quit causing more burden on regular employees until they quit. Delta is the worst.

Correct the defects in your toilet designs. Educate your customer service agents on how to work with paying customers.
