I love my job at delta faucet, but some of the rules are not far at all. Like when we are sick and cant work we get points for that or have to leave for an emergency having to do with family we get a point. Or when we have to leave work because of weather conditions and for our own safety. Unfar!!

I needed to call customer service to get an email address to send my proof of purchase and photograph of the failed faucet. After sending the customer than must call back. Queue lengths were 48, 67 and 27.
poor customer service. did not help and called back with long wait so hung up
