I love my job at delta faucet, but some of the rules are not far at all. Like when we are sick and cant work we get points for that or have to leave for an emergency having to do with family we get a point. Or when we have to leave work because of weather conditions and for our own safety. Unfar!!

This company is to be avoided at al costs, bad management has led to a culture of lies amd special treatment for friends. There is no work life balance they lie to new highers about the overtime, leading them to quit causing more burden on regular employees until they quit. Delta is the worst.
