
Remove the TVs from all Dennys they become a hassle they're too noisy people want them change constantly taking time from the people who don't care about the TVs
Need more labor hours to give great service managers are job coding just to cover all bases not enough labor for guest and cleaning and prepping
The management needs to learn to care more for their employees than they do their customers. Customers get away with degrading employees and management does nothing.
I would schedule more employees for better service , franchises just focus on controlling the labor
