I do more than just cook I clean,prep, wash dishes, cashier, serve food, all for minimum wage
recognition, would have been great, the lack of incentives is sad there is no reward no matter how hard you work or how well you do things no appreciation whatsoever praise or monitarily

Having long standing rules that stick around even after a franchise is sold
I got the job because I was dashing in the orders was taking so long to come out and I asked one of the waitresses why does it take so long for the orders to come out and she said that it was down to cook and I was like well I would like to apply to help the store do a better job
I was hired and it didn't take but a few words to get me in

Management is the sole issue, they dont know what it means to be nice and communicate effectively. Having managers that are fair and kind, and not intimidating is the first step. Otherwise nothing can be helped.

I fact that I have worked there on and off for the past 20 years. Some of the girls there have been there that long also. Shows how good the company is.
