What did you like most about the interview process?
I got the job because I was dashing in the orders was taking so long to come out and I asked one of the waitresses why does it take so long for the orders to come out and she said that it was down to cook and I was like well I would like to apply to help the store do a better job
I was hired and it didn't take but a few words to get me in
It was ok. Felt awkward
They were very welcoming and smiled
I got hired on the spot

Think better if people are reliable or not

Dont have a manager hire everyone promising them full-time hours and good pay, and then quite leaving them all in a situation that is toxic and all but promised.
Not have one manager hire the employee and promise them full time and then quit leaving the newly hired in a position where they don't even receive part time hours
