Being able to meet all sorts of different, cool people that come in to eat
The coworkers, they always checked up on me when they could tell the managers were being unnecessarily harsh or rude. They were so supportive when helping me deal with difficult situations.

Store cleanliness. Communication. Inventory controls. Ban personal cell phones while on the clock. Local community involvement. Set schedules.
Having long standing rules that stick around even after a franchise is sold
Attitude from management down. Applied, interviewed and acceoted a job; DO IT! Actually write people up and dismiss those who choose to do as they please. Communicate, especially about significant schedule changes. Listen when someone comes to you with an issue and several possible solutions.
Not being discrimated from mangement nor owner. Being able to hire people of all ethnicities .

The owner needs to let the supervisor do their job! Schedules will be made and sent out, and them promptly changed by the owner when he doesn't even see how things run, and when he doesn't see the absolute terrible work ethic of his very own children who he schedules above anyone else.
