To be around my Team, even tho we work in different states and country. Knowing I am going to work with the best of the best for our division and how we all just enjoy working, laughing and crying together, as a family.

The Leadership Team keep's us in the loop of what is coming down the pipeline, changes being made, concerns for other Team members, how to help, Etc. The Leadership Team is supportive of what we need & is available to answer questions. Without The Leadership Team, we would be just another Company.

HR would ask tough questions to see if I truly had experience in the field I was applying for. I thought that was great because it weeds out the ones who do not fit, qualify or lying about their experience. HR at DMS was great by making me feel part of the Team, even with not yet having the job.
