The company does not care about their employees, their bottom dollar is basically that, the almighty dollar. Walking into work each day was an emotional beat down, high expectations without the training. Forcing employees to lie to customers.
Communication, understanding. Not overwhelming employees with repetitive webinars, and how to strive to be excellent. But not be a role model of the issues you are trying to bestow.
