The longer you are at the company, and the more autonomous you are, the more the adult policy applies. To interns and junior-level employees, the expectation is to be in the office each day. As you become more senior in the organization, working from home on occasion is allowable. It's not encouraged, but the flexibility is nice for those days when an employee has personal matters to attend to.
As an intern or junior level position, you are expected to be in the office each day. The daily interaction is a very valuable learning opportunity. We do offer some flexibility in the work schedule to accommodate college courses and ensure a happy work-life balance. Once you reach a senior level position, there may be more flexibility, at the CFO's discretion.
We have an adult policy here. Meaning you are in general expected to be at the office from 8:30 - 5 but can work from home / take time off as needed. All of this is provided that you are keeping your clients happy.
Pretty flexible--we call it the "adult policy"
