What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop weaponizing self help terms and our core values
More focus on helping employees be better in their job vs. their personal lives. They are not professionals in mental health and cause more harm and trauma to people than good.
Training new employees could be improved
I wish we did/wrote more content around our work as managers and showing statistics and things that set us apart as a company in comparison to others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are great and I love the extra perks like vacation bonus, wellness reimbursement, and use of company houses.

The fact that I am able to bonus and that we also have unlimited PTO and use of vacation homes and vacation bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They talked about personal market rate until everyone started coming back with pay higher than what they are currently being paid.

Everyone is a team player and works very hard.
My team is driven to succeed together. We share clients and outcomes so we are all on the same page. We cover for each other and advocate for our common benefit. We respect our different skill sets and try to lean on each other's strengths in task assignments.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I met directly with the CEO and he took the time to make sure it was a good fit.
I liked interviewing with future potential teammates instead of just my future leader. It was assuring getting hired, knowing that my team wanted me as well.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Lots of reliance on personality tests and evaluations that I don't feel really test if someone will be successful here. Interviewing here when I did was tough. Now you have to read a book before the final interview and I never would have done that.
Asked the same questions in multiple interviews.
Make sure people have marketing experience and not just platform experience. We need to do a better job of collaborating between practices.

I love collaborating on a team, working towards a common goal. I find great satisfaction getting results for clients and being someone that others can rely on.

I would really like to see more female workers in the workplace. There has been a great growth in having females in the office and I greatly appreciate that!
