More focus on helping employees be better in their job vs. their personal lives. They are not professionals in mental health and cause more harm and trauma to people than good.
Training new employees could be improved
I wish we did/wrote more content around our work as managers and showing statistics and things that set us apart as a company in comparison to others.

Lots of reliance on personality tests and evaluations that I don't feel really test if someone will be successful here. Interviewing here when I did was tough. Now you have to read a book before the final interview and I never would have done that.

Make sure people have marketing experience and not just platform experience. We need to do a better job of collaborating between practices.

I would really like to see more female workers in the workplace. There has been a great growth in having females in the office and I greatly appreciate that!
