Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They talked about personal market rate until everyone started coming back with pay higher than what they are currently being paid.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Lots of reliance on personality tests and evaluations that I don't feel really test if someone will be successful here. Interviewing here when I did was tough. Now you have to read a book before the final interview and I never would have done that.
