I like collaborating with my partner and executing what I'm good at while she does what she's best at. We divide out responsibilities based on our skill set

I get to do what I love to do, and I get to work with people (colleagues and clients) who I enjoy being with. I have developed personal relationships with so many and it makes it much more meaningful.

I love the workplace, but the work is very stressful, regardless of how great the workplace is.

I love that it is just all about straight hard work! Everything we do is about producing results for our clients! Our success as a business is tied to the success of our clients and we wouldn't have it any other way.

I would really like to see more female workers in the workplace. There has been a great growth in having females in the office and I greatly appreciate that!
