I love how we solve issues together. We have a lot of different personality types on our team and our roles are all very different. It is incredible seeing what problems we can solve when we put all our heads together. We each bring a unique perspective to the team! <3

They are fun to be around. I wish I could be around them more. They know their stuff, recognize what I am going through, and are quick to support me.

Kind, patient, understanding, and fun

We work together to complete our goals. Everyone's input is encouraged and valued; we all have a voice. We do fun things together and have a relationship rather than just work together.

We have a tight-knit group with lots of experience and we all are willing to help each other

We meet in the main office several times a year for a week, which a huge undertaking since many of us are remote in other states, and get together for team building and training. I look forward to these trips.

We learn and grow together and support each other. There are no egos or politics.
