What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health benefits are great and I love the extra perks like vacation bonus, wellness reimbursement, and use of company houses.

Lovely compensation: Annually expanded vacation bonuses, access to vacation homes at cost, teammates willing to cover while I vacation, flexible adult policy, quarterly profit sharing, world class personal development, professional development budget at my discretion & annual health & office budget.

Good rewards for growth and impact.

The fact that I am able to bonus and that we also have unlimited PTO and use of vacation homes and vacation bonus.

The extra stuff comp is shared to all people at the company (as long as they have been here a few years)

I love that we are given freedom with our vacation and being able to take the time off we need is honestly my favorite benefit!

There are little perks. Things here or there that make it fun. Anniversaries, buying a house, or even a birthday. All together they show they care.

They give benefits to take care of the whole person

All the basic benefits plus a personal development budget, annual vacation bonus, and more.

It is very inclusive - from comparable wages, to health benefits, personal development, time off, etc - it's all included and top-notch.

That $100 rock paper scissors payout was epic. This crazy team knows how to have fun.

The work schedule flexibility to be able to WFH or come into the office is awesome. It's a nice office space and I love it. I also love our annual company trip to Mexico. When we hit our previous year's goal, we go together as an entire company and get to take a plus 1. Super cool.

Everything - salary, unlimited PTO, great healthcare, and the list goes on!

They pay a larger than average share of the health benefits than most employers and offer some very exciting perks designed to encourage taking time off without fear of being considered a slacker or fired.

Low Cost of Premiums, and 401k match.

Very fair compensation paid out as one total salary instead of broken into a base plus bonus.

No longer having to worry about variable pay and having it all lumped together

We have recently gotten rid of bonuses and simply paid everyone more base salary as if bonuses have been getting lumped in.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They talked about personal market rate until everyone started coming back with pay higher than what they are currently being paid.
