The work schedule flexibility to be able to WFH or come into the office is awesome. It's a nice office space and I love it. I also love our annual company trip to Mexico. When we hit our previous year's goal, we go together as an entire company and get to take a plus 1. Super cool.

We have recently gotten rid of bonuses and simply paid everyone more base salary as if bonuses have been getting lumped in.
