At my store that I worked we had more older drivers and this was like a second income for them. Management is usually younger because they haven't figured out yet that when you work for Domino's as an asst. manager you are pretty much married to your job.

Some are nice and will help you learn your job others are rude and will do anything to cut you down and bully you into quitting
