That is a million dollar question. I think having better supervision and management would help.
There was none. When I left all they offered was to put me in a different department instead of checking into the problem within the department.

Crazy, people are all over the place when it comes to what needs to get done. They relay too much on excel to run daily.
Toxic work enviroment. Long tenure workers at the Monrovia site don't treat new people well. Too many clicks and gossip. Managers are rude and disrespectful.
