What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ther is not anything goid to say, poor management
Nothing they started there since young and satyed there so they are more worried about keeping their cushy positions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Telling the truth. Clearly stating what policies and procedures are in effect, and legitimately enforcing them. Recognizing that throwing more labor at problems doesn't actually fix problems.
Focus more on your most important asset, your people.
Holding people accountable for their actions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There was none. When I left all they offered was to put me in a different department instead of checking into the problem within the department.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work life balance and upgrade to todays technology
Health insurance should improve and 401k match should be greater than what it is.
Management looks down on production
What are some of the best things about your team?
Low drama, focused on results, look out for each other
Great teamwork. Always planning benefits for those in need
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hands are tied, management do not want you to work with manufacturing floor
They have to treat new people fairly and with kindness. They have ideas but they get shot down due to their old way of thinking.
Have upper management engaged in helping with getting what we need to do our job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Future outlook and growth plans
People you work with that are not in management
Some people are really friendly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
That is a million dollar question. I think having better supervision and management would help.
Management change. Great plant manager but other managers act like production workers are plebians

The HR person was nice and made me feel ok. I wasn't so nervous.
