It's not a bad place to work, but when management gets a splinter in their thumb, production gets the wrap for it
Crazy, people are all over the place when it comes to what needs to get done. They relay too much on excel to run daily.
Toxic work enviroment. Long tenure workers at the Monrovia site don't treat new people well. Too many clicks and gossip. Managers are rude and disrespectful.
Dont' follow SOP, only care anout the bottom line, no life, work balance. Horrible at teaining.
It's all about satisfying the shareholders at employees expense.
