How's the work life balance at DuPont?

its ok with the rotating 12 hr schedule but if you are not a big fan of overtime then you wouldn't like the environment. You can be forced to work unwanted overtime, and as long as you stay on the bottom of the OT list you can expect to be stuck on a semi regular basis. also if you work the schedule with every 4th week off, I was told that I better not make plans because if I was needed I would be forced to work or written up as a no call no show... I was not a huge fan of working for this company

Was a great company, then split into pieces and followed a failed market path that was tried and failed before. Management needs a house cleaning.

No balance you are supposed to be available 24/7 so management is not bothered

Dupont expects they come before anything else.live to work instead of work to live
