
At Echo it's either about experience or personality. If you have at least some college experience OR a good amount of customer service/sales experience, and you're a little more exciting than a paper bag, they'll probably hire you. On an interview, definitely let your real personality shine through, at least a little bit. They want to know who you are and how well you will fit in with the team.
Be likable and dress properly. On numerous occasions I've heard upper management judge people on what they wear and look.
