The leadership team is generally in agreement.
Honest, transparent, willing to make decision ans investments in the company and people.
Open to feedback and cares about the team
Still training, don’t have experience y
The leadership team is good.
Don't demote people just because you dislike them
Inclusion in diversity. This company has a long hostory in not promoting blacks and having an all white manager team accross the company.
Awareness. I do not think anyone in the six figure pay range knows the every day struggles.
The disconnect between leadership and their subordinates is pretty bad. They go miss for a long time without responses, or they take credit for only being the messenger. All the work is done below them and that includes planning and organization. The amount of managers is heavily bloated.
Tied directly to company performance over time. So, balance between short term and long term making it a career destination.
401k match and annual bonus
Commission package is really great.
I like all the new perks that Echo is providing like discounts on health clubs and through EchoPerks buying community.
The ability to grow YOY.
the commission structure is shady and unclear
Workload is high and the compensation is not reflective
I know race plays a major role in promotions and compensation. They are unfair ans have not a care in the world for including diversity into their agenda.
I feel like I am valued fairly. Echo has great benefits and overall perks.....and continue to add to them!
A lot of nepotism and favoritism plays a part in your success here. Even when you do succeed, the benefits and pay is minimal at best. They expect you to work after work and on the weekends. Especially now that they plan to have software releases on the weekend. No compensation for the weekend.
Work toward common goals while focusing on devleoping our team.
We have fun at work and after work
I like the attitudes within the work place
Motivate each other. help out where we can
Flexibility and teamwork are the beat abkut the teams in managed trans
Stop with the backbiting and support each other. The company makes a big deal about carrying the load together but everyone is ready in an instant to point fingers and assign blame away from themselves in order to stay clean.
The ability to communicate in person without the need of a manager to get things done or training everything in emails.
Values, teamwork, culture and shared viaion.
People and processes both make sense to me.
Management wants us to do well and helps us perform
Flexability and work from home
The fact that you can be open about how you feel about the challenges/problems we face in our business.
Don't force it as much. Let people stretch their legs a bit. Not everything has to be "disrupted" every six months.
Reduce the amount of managers that bring no benefit to the team or production. Increase pay and allow more ability to communicate without the push to constantly use conference rooms and emails.
the personality test during the 2nd interview
Personable and honest about roles.
Meeting with real people and no written test or examinations

I love my job at echo
The fact inhave a job and benefits to take care of my health
Interacting with the people I work with internally, and most importantly, solving problems for our clients.
High carrier rates, too expensive
Everyone talks about the future of freight and information technology but they are only willing to listen to the latest buzzwords and internet articles. Listen to your employees some more and things will improve.
Nepotism, favoritism, low pay, managers that are ineffective with horrible leadership skills. Slow development environment where 90+% of the time you're just dealing with dev environment instead of actual development work. Example: it can take days to weeks to do a data change.
Better structure in software development where it's more efficient
